Shipping and delivery

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The delivery time will vary depending on the destination region. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website.
  
  
  
• To prevent theft and loss, all our parcels are shipped with a signature required upon delivery option. A first delivery attempt will be made at your door. If you are not available, the parcel will be left at a nearby pickup center, and a notice will be left for you to retrieve it. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will cancel the order. A refund will be issued, deducting the initial shipping costs. For re-delivery, shipping costs will be charged to you.
  
  
  
  
• For items requiring delivery by truck, please schedule within 48 hours of receiving your appointment request. Storage fees will apply after this period. If the carrier cannot contact you to arrange a delivery, additional daily storage fees will apply.
  
  
  
  
• If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return. The actual shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, orders that cannot be delivered due to customer error or an unclaimed package requiring reshipment will incur reshipping fees. If the decision is made not to proceed with reshipment (canceling the order), the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
  
  

• Standard parcel delivery is free in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes) for orders of $99 or more, before taxes and after applied discounts. Additional fees apply to parcels shipped to other provinces.
  
  
  
• This offer applies exclusively to deliveries within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Labrador, and certain remote areas where rural delivery fees may apply based on market conditions.
  
  
  
• Delivery fees apply to items marked for truck delivery (cost is calculated in your cart before purchase).  A surcharge may also be added for certain products due to their dimensions, weight (over 50 pounds / 23 kilograms, actual or cubed by the carrier), or distance to the delivery address.
  
  
  
• Sales tax depends on the location where the order is delivered, not the billing address.
