RETURNS

 

Any item purchased can be returned to any of our authorized dealers within 90 days of purchase, or you may contact our customer service by emailing at info@igocordless.ca, with a copy of your shipping confirmation email.

 

In the event of a defective or broken product during the initial delivery, the return costs will be assumed by iGOCORDLESS. For any other reason, you will assume the cost and responsibility of the return.

 

Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition, in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.

 

REFUNDS

 

With a receipt, it is possible to get a refund for your purchase before or after delivery. Merchandise that has been used or is no longer in its original packaging cannot be refunded.

 

Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original tender. If PayPal was used during your purchase, your PayPal account will be credited for the return amount.

 

iGOCORDLESS and its retailers reserve the right to require you to present valid government identification, with a photo. Any unexpired photo ID issued by the provincial or federal government will be accepted, including a driver’s licence.

 

Notwithstanding these returns & refunds policy, iGOCORDLESS reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of merchandise for any reason mentioned above. The return policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
