Availability and special offers

Delivery
iGOCORDLESS.CA offers home delivery and delivery to authorized dealers in Canada only. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were made. We aim to deliver an order within 1-5 business days of confirmation. Deliveries to remote locations may take a few extra days. Although we try to deliver orders within the advertised time frame, delivery may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances. The delivery charges applied may depend on the address of the recipient's residence.  In the unfortunate event that a breakage is caused during the delivery of your package, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@igocordless.ca with a photo proof of the products received *unopened* and as received during of reception. We will then take the necessary measures to rectify the situation. 

 

Returns
Any item purchased can be returned to any of our authorized dealers within 90 days of purchase, or you may contact our customer service by emailing at info@igocordless.ca, with a copy of your shipping confirmation email. In the event of a defective or broken product during the initial delivery, the return costs will be assumed by iGOCORDLESS.CA. For any other reason, you will assume the cost and responsibility of the return. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition, in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee. If the order is canceled after being shipped, it will be treated as a return. Actual cost of shipping will not be refunded. Also, undeliverable orders due to error of client or package unclaimed that will require re-shipment, will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If decided not to reship, initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
